Starting in 2023, SPC webinars will be $10 (+tax) for members and $25 (+tax) for non-members. Bio:

Michael is a strength and conditioning coach with experience in training elite athletes and military personnel as well as an expertise in applied health technologies. He holds an MSc in sport physiology and is currently pursuing a PhD at UQAM on blood flow restriction (BFR) training in partnership with the Canadian Space Agency.
