The Canadian Physiotherapy Association’s (CPA) insurance and risk management services provide professional liability/malpractice protection for Canadian physiotherapists in the form of insurance, advice and legal services.
CPA offers solutions to address the diverse and unique practice insurance and liability requirements of physiotherapists, students, clinics, and physiotherapist assistants through several auxiliary policies.
CPA provides its members with education and advice to mitigate risk in various clinical settings. Content is developed by experienced physiotherapists and legal experts and is designed to improve patient safety and reduce liability exposures.
