Cancellation, Refund and Substitution Policy


Refunds will be available until Friday, April 22, 2016 and will be subject to a cancellation fee of $75 per person for all registration categories.  As of Saturday, April 23, 2016 no refunds will be provided, however substitutions can be made until Wednesday, May 18, 2016. Substitutions must be made at an equal or lesser registration category and no refunds will be issued for substitutions at a lesser registration category. All cancellations or substitutions must be submitted in writing either by email at cpa@seatoskymeetings.com or fax at +1-604-984-6434.

In the case of a course cancellation by the host, refunds will be applied in full. In the case of a cancellation by the registrant, refunds will apply as above. After the final refund date, registrants may find a qualified replacement registrant for the course, at no additional fee, provided the replacement is of the same membership status as the original registrant; applicable until May 18, 2016.
